{News for Fall 2012}

I have decided to add a class to my schedule for next fall.

Tuesdays/Thursdays
8:45-11:15 {4-5 Year olds} Kindergarten Prep
11:25-12:40 {3 Year olds}

Kindergarten Prep will focus on reinforcing letters, sounds, numbers, patterns, shapes and other important math skills. We will be learning and implementing early reading skills along with all the other fun things we do at Big Adventures! Monthy Tuition $90.00

3 Year Old class will focus on introducing the alphabet, sounds, numbers, patterns, shapes, colors, music, social skills. We will learn how to conduct ourselves in a school setting and learn and practice routine. Monthy Tuition $45.00

This is what I have on my kitchen wall.

I (like the rest of you) am really busy and practicing letters and numbers is sometimes the last thing on my mind! I keep these up so that while I am making meals I have have Trevor spell is name tell me the letters and sounds and numbers. It is right there to remind me ready to go and no extra work for me!!!
Although we teach the uppercase letters first. I encourage you to teach your child the correct form of their name from the start. This way they do not have to relearn their names.

Work on what is appropriate for your child! Add letters and numbers as they are ready!
